Effective Christian Presence and Enterprise Report
The Effective Christian Presence and Enterprise (ECPE) project has aimed to identify, learn from, encourage and network sustainable and enterprising forms of Christian ‘presence’ across Yorkshire and the Humber. The report is a culmination of 2 years of research with 19 innovative Christian groups from the Yorkshire and Humber region.

Our questions included:

What do ‘success’ and ‘effectiveness’ look like for these presences?
How effective are these presences?
What assets do these presences have?
What are the strategic drivers behind the effectiveness of these presences?
How can we encourage more of this sort of work?

Capacity Builders - Yorkshire and the Humber
Capacitybuilders is a non-departmental public body (NDPB) set up in 2006 to take over the management of the ChangeUp programme and to work with other funders to build the capacity of the Third Sector. The Yorkshire and the Humber regional managers are Neil Bennett and Sandra Beighton.

Churches Together in England
Churches Together in England is the national body set up by the churches in 1990 to bring together people of different traditions to find new ways to work and worship together. There are an increasing number of local Churches Together networks in the North West. For more information click here.

Churches Regional Commission for Yorkshire and the Humber (CRC)
CRC is a Christian organisation that is proactive with public bodies and faith partners in promoting regeneration in the region. Their website provides online information on CRC’s activities in culture, interfaith, social inclusion, rural renaissance, church tourism and other regeneration activity in Yorkshire and the Humber. There are also publications which are free to download.

Yorkshire and Humber Faiths Forum
The forum aims to advance the contribution of faith communities in the Yorkshire and Humber region; encourage and educate faith communities to work together in matters of policy, strategy and action; challenge all forms of discrimination and injustice against persons or groups of people, particularly in the grounds of religious belief. The forum runs a range of events and seminars.
