A big thank you to all who attended and contributed to the Faithworks Conference this weekend.

Over 600 people came together to explore and discuss the theology and practice of community engagement at what has proved to be a hugely successful event.

The conference brought together Christian projects and churches who are working together with schools, local authorities, health professionals and the police to bring 360° - social, spiritual, emotional, educational  and physical - transformation to their communities.

Delegate highlights friom the Faithworks Conference 2010

“Clear practical theology delivered with passion and humility."

"To be with like minded people working out their faith in the communities in which they live. to be able to share eperiences of the good and the difficult with realism."

"Meeting people who are doing the stuff we're dreaming about."

"Hearing so many stories about Christ's followers at the forfront of building communities. I remember Jim Wallis saying at Greenbelt decades ago that we have a choice of community or razor wire (barbed wire), and it was inspiring to hear from so many people who have chosen to build community in Jesus' name."
