Funding Information for Northern Ireland
Faithworks provides information on a wide range of funding sources. Some funds are available specifically for projects operating in Northern Ireland. These include:
Awards for All Northern Ireland
Awards grants of between £500 and £5,000 for people to take part in heritage and community activities, and projects that promote education, the environment and health in the local community. Awards for All Northern Ireland is independent of the England scheme and is supported by Big Lottery Fund and the Heritage Lottery Fund. Applications are received at any time. Training and Events
To find out about training and events taking place in Northern Ireland click here. We endeavour to feature quality events on a wide range of topics.
Christian Guidelines Ltd based in Bangor provide counselling courses including a taster, and an intensive two-year diploma. They also offer a pastoral care training programme. Their counselling courses all carry academic accreditation with the Open College Network NI and the Pastoral Care training is in association with the Institute for Christian Training, Union Theological College, Belfast.
