How will you use my information?
This depends on why you gave us your details. Your personal information will only be used for the purposes you gave it to us and also to keep you informed. If for example you signed up as an Affiliate we will send you a certificate of affiliation, our monthly emailed newsletter, quarterly mailings of the Faithworks Magazine and updates on the wider work of Faithworks.

How does Faithworks use e-mail?
As Faithworks is administered by Oasis Charitable Trust we are constantly looking for ways to use the resources we have more effectively. E-mail is a very effective way of communicating with our supporters. We will endeavour not to send large e-mails and where we use images in the e-mail we will host them elsewhere saving space in your inbox. We do understand that not everybody likes to get e-mails so we give you a choice. You can unsubscribe from our e-mails by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page.

Does Faithworks share my information with other companies?
Faithworks is administered by the Oasis Trust.  All information you provide to Faithworks is made available to the Oasis Trust.  The Oasis Trust will not use this data for non-Faithworks purposes unless you are in contact with them separately.

Faithworks will not share your information with other organisation unless you give us permission. However, we employ other agents to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include delivering mail or e-mail.

Faithworks is working in partnership with Christian Communications Partnership Ltd (CCP), which is owned by Premier Media Group and Spring Harvest, to send the monthly Faithworks email and the quarterly Faithworks Magazine.  CCP will hold your data on a database ONLY if you take out a £10 annual subscription to Faithworks Magazine or affiliate to Faithworks (as annual subscription to Faithworks Magazine is included as a benefit of affiliation).  CCP will not share your information with other organisations without Faithworks agreement.
