you can complete the online application form below.

Applications are welcome from any project in the UK inspired by Christian faith that can demonstrate that it is working towards meeting the criteria below. Projects that have entered the Faithworks Awards previously are welcome to apply for the 2008-9 Awards. Please read the criteria carefully in order to ensure that all appropriate criteria are met.

The deadline to receive applications is midnight on Monday 19th January 2009.

Conditions of Entry for Awards

The Faithworks Awards are open to any local project within the UK inspired by Christian faith.
The completed application form must be returned to reach us no later than Monday 19th January 2009. It can be submitted online at or posted to: Faithworks Awards 2009, 75 Westminister Bridge Road, London, SE1 7HS.
Please restrict your answers to the space provided.
If the project has an annual report or any printed publicity which may support your entry, please feel free to submit one piece of literature with this application.
Faithworks reserve the right to use the information provided for subsequent publication.
The content of the submitted form must be genuine and the judges reserve the right to request additional material to support claims made.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding entries.
The decision is final.
The grant is to be used for the development of the project entered.

Awards Process

Panels made up of representatives from the Faithworks Movement and Sponsor organisations will select the recipient projects. The short-listed projects will be informed by the end of March 2009 and the recipients will be announced at an Awards Ceremony in June 2009.
