- Assess your ability and that of your volunteers to do an "on the spot risk assessment" to guide your actions
- Practice, discuss and demonstrate ways to defuse aggressive behaviour
- Locate and list internal and external sources of support after an incident
- List "10 Best Practice Guidelines" to improve your personal safety
