The event is designed to provide opportunities for those at the front-line of
developing and delivering public services, and their Managers to consider the
issues emerging in this important area.
Participants are invited to bring their own recent, current or forthcoming
projects for analysis and recommendations. Working in small groups, and
under the direction of an expert facilitator, participants will be able to assess
the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches to really
challenging situations.
