The Impact and Excellence project has identified that three hallmarks of good practice in Christian service delivery are ethos (the distinctive contribution that beliefs and values make to the services being delivered), a focus on responsively meeting the needs of communities and individuals, and professionalism.
Ethos, effectiveness and excellence is designed to help your organisation develop in all three areas.
It will help you to:
• clarify the ethos and purpose that makes your work distinctive;
• become more aware of the impact your community work is having;
• improve the quality of your work; and
• articulate and communicate your ethos, effectiveness and excellence.
