Employment legislation and guidelines

In 2003, Faithworks was one of several Christian organisations that called on the Government to ensure that the distinctiveness and effectiveness of churches and Christian projects working in the community would not be impeded by the introduction of new employment legislation.

To help churches and projects comply with the legislation while preserving their distinctive Christian identity, Faithworks produced its Christian Ethos Audit, which has been developed and implemented by a number of Christian organisations and church denominations in the UK.
