What we do

Since its launch in 2001, Faithworks has been seeking to achieve the following objectives:

1. Faithworks exists to empower and inspire individual Christians and every local church to develop their role at the hub of their community.

Faithworks has a library of resources and a range of services that support individual Christians, local churches and other faith-based organisations as they engage projects in their local communities.

2. Faithworks will challenge and change the public perception of the Church by engaging both media and government.

Faithworks regularly meets with influential decision-makers to ensure that faith-based community projects have a high priority in the setting of local and national governmental policy. We also work to ensure that the media accurately represents the work of local churches and other faith-based projects.

3.  Faithworks will actively encourage unity and partnership to meet the needs of local communities.

Faithworks works alongside the many organisations, churches and individuals in the UK who work tirelessly to see their communities transformed.
